Before the component sets are scheduled for assembly, each part goes through a thorough inspection by the design department. Part numbers, tolerances, values, quantities and all other variables are verified against the BOM, supplier supplied documentation, and our own internal parts database to ensure full compliance and compliance with all required specifications.
